Clay & Jewel's Update

85 Days to go! We are excited to see what the next 85 days bring and how God is going to continue to grow and stretch us! (Ok, maybe excited isn’t the word. We know He will be stretching us!) In case you haven’t seen the blog, here is the address again: http://www.cunhvn.blogspot.com/

Support is coming in, we’ve crossed the half way point!
He is managing each process, thank you Jesus!
Thanks to our friends and family for all your love and encouragement!
Stacey had surgery and it went well. We think she is back at Shepherd’s Field now.
We spoke at Heritage Church in Odessa the 15th. We were greatly encourage by our friends there!
Thanks to the ladies of Heritage Church for the beautiful quilt they have made to raffle for our support, you have blessed us. (If you want a raffle ticket, let us know and we will put your name on one for $5. To be raffled on May10th. We can send a picture to you also)

Language learning, I'm feeling more comfortable with what I'm learning; I'm on Pimsleur #5.(Jewel)
Borrowing the first disc of Rosetta Stone, to know if the style of learning would be a good direction for continued language learning. (and thank you to our special friends who want to buy it for us)
Love planted strongly in our hearts for these special kids
Love and trust planted in their hearts for us.
Open hearts to know Jesus. That seeds will be planted and will grow.
Perspectives, we are more than 1/2 way through! (Monday is 11 of 15 lessons)

A good turn out for the short term mission’s auction on April 18th at Valley Fourth Church.
House to sell for those who will be renting ours.
Our 2 Cocker Spaniels to find a home.
